Every order includes the Noctra Blinds Promise. You can initiate a return within 30 nights, even if your Noctra was customized to your measurements, color, and opening direction, and even if it has been installed and used.
If the fit is not right, we will remake it to your updated measurements and reship it with express delivery at no additional cost.
If the remake still is not right, we will arrange a return pickup from your door. To start a return or request a fit remake, contact our customer service team at noctrablinds@gmail.com.
